Event Organizers are responsible for their own privacy policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information they collect independently.

2.1 Account Information

To use Airloge, users must create an account. We collect account credentials, contact information (such as name and email), and optional profile details (such as profile photo and notes). Organizers may provide additional information about events, groups, or lodgings. Some public details, like event or group names, may be visible to other users.

2.2 Event Participation

When you register for or RSVP to events, join groups, or contribute to event expenses, we collect and store relevant information such as your registrations, RSVPs, group memberships, contributions, payments, and reservations. Uploaded photos and resources are also stored and associated with your account and events.

2.3 Communications

We use your contact information to send important updates about your account, events, or the Airloge platform. You may opt in to receive marketing communications. You may still receive essential notices as permitted by law.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect usage data, such as IP addresses and time spent on the platform, to diagnose issues and improve our services.

2.5 Payment Information

For event registration and contributions, we collect payment details and share them with our payment processor. Airloge does not store your payment card information. Payment records are retained as required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, and track user activity. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

3. Security and Storage

3.1 Storage Location

4. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may request deletion of your Airloge account at any time by contacting us at support@Airloge.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process your request as soon as possible.

Upon account deletion, the following personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

  • Your account credentials and profile information (name, email, profile photo, notes)
  • Your event registrations, RSVPs, and group memberships
  • Your uploaded photos and resources
  • Your contributions, payments, and reservations
Some data may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes, including:
  • Transaction records and payment history (retained for up to 7 years as required by law)
  • Audit logs and anonymized usage data
  • Data required to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
